All our products are available for Click and Collect. This option can be selected at Checkout. Alternatively, items will be dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD and subject to relevant delivery charges.

Most items selected for collection will be available within 48 hours. We will keep you informed of any updates by email.

Items can be collected in-store during office hours. Instructions for pickup (including collection times) will be emailed with your receipt.

 

Computer Systems

Build Time for computer Systems is usually between 1-3 days. If Ordered on our website, you will receive an email notification when your System is ready to pick up. If you have included your contact telephone number, we will also call to notify you when your system is ready to collect.

 

Same-Day PCs

If you have ordered a PC from our Same-Day Range, your system will be available for collection that Same Day from our Hanley office if ordered before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be available for collection the next working day.

 

Uncollected items

Items ordered and not collected within 8 weeks will be gifted through our Social Media channels.

What do I need to collect my order?

When collecting your items, depending on your method of payment, along with your order number, you will need to bring the following: Debit/Credit Card Payment • The payment card you used to purchase your items. PayPal • If using PayPal, you must bring photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport (the name on the ID must match the name details in the payments section of the order).

When I visit the store to collect my order, where do I go?

Head straight through the single blue door at the front of the building (Business Centre) and along the corridor. We’re upstairs in Suite 3 immediately in front of you. Please have your order number and proof of payment (please see “What do I need to collect my order?” above).

How long will you keep my order for?

Items ordered for collection and not collected from our office within 8 weeks will be gifted through our Social Media channels.

I placed an order for collection but no longer want it, what do I do?

We will always endeavour to accommodate incorrectly ordered items where possible, however as a small independent provider we may at times have to retain a small fee to minimise losses and cover operating costs. If you want to cancel the order for a full refund, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed, we will provide a full refund. If your order has already been placed, we will retain a 10% restocking fee.
