1. Where are you based?

We are based in Stoke on Trent, we offer to call out services and aim to get to you within the same day! 

2. How much will it cost me?

We can give you a quote over the phone once we have enough information.  In the majority of our cases, the quote is correct. On rare occasions, we get to the job and find it is more complex, this will of course affect the price.  You can be rest assured that our engineer will explain the problem before any work is carried out and seek your approval.

3. Can you fix my PC/Laptop on the same day?

We aim to fix your PC or laptop on the same day regardless of the problem or issue. However on occasion it may take longer if parts have to be ordered in specifically or we have a high volume of jobs.

4. What if I live outside of the Staffordshire area?

We know it can be hard to get an engineer that is reliable and trustworthy to come out to your home or office regarding locations. Give WrightPC a call directly to discuss your visit We are here to help!

5. Is there a call-out charge?

WrightPC offers a free call out service. If you live in Staffordshire, we operate a No Fix No Fee policy. Please read the terms and conditions

6. What payment method can I use?

We accept all payment methods.

7. Warranty Policy

We offer a 90-day warranty on all work; this does not affect your warranty on parts.

8. Shop


We sell new PCs/ custom made PCs. Please visit wpcgaming. All of our parts are brand new and come with a manufacturers warranty.
