Damien is a cut above all the others. He is a really lovely genuine and friendly guy. And unusual for this day and age he has a moral compass and won't try to trick or con you. He answered the phone straight away and was with me within 90 minutes! He is based in Fenton and I'm in Leek so that in itself was impressive. He is extremely knowledgable, highly qualified, experienced and professional. I had new printer and laptop issues, he came out late yesterday and came back first thing this morning to finish the job...there was a lot to do. He did'nt charge any extra despite all the work and two journeys. I am very happy with the service I had from him and will always use his services in the future. Damien cleaned my laptop after I was having overheating issues. He came within a couple of hours of me contacting him and was really friendly and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.
