3 Warranty Years; 1st-year parts including collect and return (UK mainland only) - Please Raise a Customer Services Ticket to Arrange Collection (in your member's area) In the event your system fails due to a hardware error, in the first 30 days, your system is covered by a standard Collect & Return service for any reason our technicians are unable to repair your device under the warranty agreement (i.e. parts aren’t available or the cost to repair is greater than the value of the device when new) you will receive a brand new replacement to the equivalent specification. *Subject to parts availability. UK only warranty for UK mainland addresses. On-site warranty begins 30 days after invoice – the first 30 days are Collect & Return only!

Tested Before Shipping

Upon completion, all PCs are put through their paces in an extensive testing program and thorough quality control checks to ensure they’re completely stable before shipment.
