How do I return an item or system to WrightPC?

To return an item we encourage you to call 01782 263804 or email [email protected] and provide us with your Invoice Number or Order Number and details of the fault. If you have purchased through our website you also have the option to raise a Return Ticket through your Member Area. Simply login to your Member’s Area and select Returns. We will contact you to discuss your return. If you are not sure if the product is faulty, we encourage you to contact us about the fault via phone, email or through the Member’s Area (available if purchased through our website).

Returns: Packaging & labelling

Please package the goods appropriately and ship them in a separate outer box with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number or Invoice Number clearly visible. Unless otherwise advised, please return all goods to: WrightPC Unit 9 Business Centre Oldham Street Joiners Square Ind Est Stoke-on-Trent Staffordshire ST1 3EY For your protection, we recommend you use recorded delivery.

Cancellation Period – 14 Days

If you wish to cancel any items on your order and return them for a refund, you have up to a total of 14 days to contact us after the final receipt of your order. You must inform us in writing (via email or within your account area) if you wish to cancel your order. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. We will reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of the goods using the same means of payment as you used when placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot cover all unforeseeable costs and you will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. Please package the goods properly and ship them in a separate outer box, including all packaging, cables, manuals, drivers and protective bags, however small. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For example, if it goes beyond the sort of handling that might reasonably be allowed in a shop we will deduct this amount from the value of the refund.

Acceptance Period – 30 Days

You are entitled to reject goods if they are faulty (do not match the description, are not of satisfactory quality, or are not fit for purpose). You have up to 30 days to check the goods and contact us if there is a fault. You can decide to claim a full refund (including shipping cost) or you can request a repair/replacement of the faulty product. If you are returning for a refund, please include all packaging, cables, manuals, drivers and protective bags. Accessories and promotional items are part of the order and must be returned to ensure the full price of the product is refunded.

Warranty Period – After 30 Days

Sometimes goods may become faulty after the Acceptance Period has expired but remain within the Warranty Period. Depending on the product, you will receive either a replacement or your product will be repaired. We understand reducing the time you are without a working product is important and we will handle your return, however you can often save time and money by handling the return directly with the manufacturer. We will advise you of this option when appropriate. If a direct service is not available or you would prefer WrightPC to handle your return, then we encourage you to contact us. We will send your goods for repair or replacement, to the manufacturer under warranty. Turnaround times vary between manufacturer and product type. WrightPC along with our suppliers will endeavour to return items in the speediest manner possible for the quickest resolution. Goods returned for repair or replacement should be sent without any accessories as we cannot guarantee that they will remain present with the original item throughout the return process. If the manufacturer is unable to return the items within 28 days, we will give you the option of a refund. Depending on the age of the items, the refund may include a deduction for the length of time you have used them (this is also known as rescission).

Faulty System Testing

Please ensure any described problem, fault or defect experienced is not caused by a 3rd party component used in conjunction within your system or by any software configuration. If you are not sure, please contact us before requesting a return either in person or by shipping method. All systems returned as faulty are tested by WrightPC. Any system found not to be faulty or damaged will be returned to you. There will be a £40 handling charge, and you will be charged for the cost of return shipping if applicable. You can also collect the system from our store. You will be notified by email or telephone before we arrange for a non-faulty system to be collected, or returned to you.
