How to find the model number of your laptop
The model to your laptop is can normally be located in two places the first place is normally at the base of the laptop (see image) and second location is on the palm rest or the top of your laptop, please quote the model number when you get in touch

Where are you based?
We are based in Stoke on Trent, we offer call out services and aim to get to you within the same day!
How much will it cost me?
We can only give you a quote over the phone. However, in the majority of our cases, the quote is correct. On the rare occasion, we get to the job and find it is more complex, this will, of course, affect the price. You can be rest assured that our engineer will explain the problem before any work is carried out.
Can you fix my PC/Laptop on the same day?
We aim to fix your PC or laptop on the same day, regardless of what the problem or issue is. If you do have an older PC please be aware that we may need to order parts in specifically for that job.
What if I live outside of the Staffordshire area?
We know it can be hard to get an engineer that is reliable and trustworthy to come out to your home or office regarding locations. Give WrightPC a call directly to discuss your visit, we are here to help.
Is there a call-out charge?
WrightPC offers a free call out service. If you live in Staffordshire we operate a No Fix No Fee policy. Please read the terms and conditions.
What payment method can I use?
We accept all payment methods.
We do not accept cheques sorry for any inconvenience …
We offer a 90-day warranty on all work, this does not affect your warranty on parts.
We sell new PCs/ custom made PCs. All of our parts are brand new and come with a manufactures warranty.
