All of our products are available for Click & Collect — simply select this option at checkout. If you prefer delivery, your order will be sent via Royal Mail or DPD, with applicable delivery charges shown at checkout.
Most Click & Collect orders are ready within 48 hours. We’ll keep you updated by email, so you’ll know exactly when your item is available to collect.
Orders can be collected from our Hanley office during normal office hours. Your confirmation email will include full collection instructions and opening times.
For custom-built PC systems, please allow 1–3 working days for assembly and testing. You’ll receive an email once your system is ready. If you provided a phone number, we’ll also give you a call to confirm collection details.
If you’ve ordered from our Same-Day PC range, your system will be ready to collect the same day from our Hanley office if ordered before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be ready the next working day.
Items not collected within 8 weeks of purchase may be gifted through our social media platforms. We’ll always do our best to get in touch before that happens.
