Returns & Cancellations

How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, you can:

  • If you ordered online, log into your Member Area and select Returns to raise a return ticket.

Please include your order or invoice number, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll be in touch to discuss the next steps.

Packaging & Shipping Your Return

Ensure items are securely packaged in an outer box, with your Invoice Number or RMA number clearly visible.

We recommend using recorded delivery with insurance for your protection.

14-Day Cancellation

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order. Please notify us via email or through your account. Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt and use the original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping and ensuring items are returned in original condition, with all accessories included.

Any handling beyond what’s reasonable in a retail setting may reduce your refund amount.

30-Day Acceptance Period

If goods are faulty, you have 30 days to report the issue and request a refund, replacement, or repair. Please return all included items and accessories.

Warranty Support (After 30 Days)

If your item develops a fault after 30 days but is still under warranty, we’ll arrange repair or replacement. In some cases, we may direct you to the manufacturer to speed things up.

We aim to complete warranty returns quickly, but times may vary by product and brand. Items not repairable within 28 days may be refunded, minus usage if applicable.

Faulty System Testing

If a fault may be caused by third-party components or software, please contact us before returning your system.

All returned systems are tested. Non-faulty returns will incur a £40 handling fee and return shipping charges. Collection is available from our Hanley workshop.

Business Orders

These terms apply to both consumer and business orders.

Monitor Pixel Policy

Our monitors conform to ISO 9241-302 standards. Items within accepted pixel limits are not returnable.

Your Statutory Rights

Our policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refurbished Systems

Refurbished products include parts from returns, exchanges, or stock with damaged packaging. These come with a 12-month WrightPC warranty. Returns are only accepted if a fault occurs within the warranty period.
