Most laptop screens are available for next day delivery. We can fix them as soon as we receive the replacement laptop screen.
You can choose to pick it up in store, have us ship it to you next day delivery, or use our collect and return service.
We will inform you if we are having difficulty sourcing your laptop screen replacement. This will be detailed in the email you receive from us with your quote i.e. before you complete your payment.
If there are other options available such as sourcing used laptop screen replacements, typically for significantly older laptops, we will contact you directly to discuss your options and whether you wish to proceed.
We will email your quote as soon as we can – typically within 2 hours.
We endeavour to provide the best service. If you have changed your mind please get in touch. If we have not purchased the laptop screen we will refund you fully.
If we have purchased the laptop screen we will charge you for any admin costs including the cost of return, and any other costs incurred by us. We will refund you any balance remaining.
